UKRAINE QUALITY CERTIFICATE (UKRSEPRO)
It is a quality certificate valid in Ukraine. After the dissolution of Soviet Union, Ukraine has developed its own quality standards independent of Russia. Ukraine Quality Certificate (Ukr SEPRO), although there are systematic similarities to GOST, there are differences in application and in terms of regulations.
Ukraine requests certificate from imported products. The countries which send products often to this country require this document in customs. On the other hand, this document is needed to acquire prestige in the domestic market. It is an obligation to be fulfilled by any manufacturer producing in Ukraine or exporting to Ukraine. UkrSEPRO Certificate is a document for the company's products. The products must be inspected for receiving this document. This inspection is valid if it is realized at the authorized test centers.

CERTIFICATE TYPES
Ukr-SEPRO variation is mostly related to which period it is given for:
UkrSEPRO given for one year: It can be given only by review of the technical document without examination of the company products. In order to receive this document the company should have Quality Management System. The products are checked for compatibility with Ukraine norms.
UkrSEPRO granted for a period of more than 1 year: It is a certificate type granted for specific products with an official report prepared as a result of the production place and on the system of the company. In order to receive this certificate the company should have Quality Management System. The products are checked for compatibility with Ukraine norms.
UKRAINE HYGIENE CERTIFICATE (UKRSEZ)
Ukraine sanitary-epidemiological certificate (Hygiene Certificate) It is certificate confirming that if a product is in compliance with standards of hygiene and sanitary-epidemiological rules which are mandatory in Ukraine.
Sanitary-epidemiological certificate is given by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (Міністерство охорони здоров'я України) after the laboratory tests. Tests are carried out in order to check compliance of the product to health, safety and hygiene requirements.
The validity of the sanitary-epidemiological certificates depends on the scheme chosen by the applicant. If the certificate is given for serial production - the expiration date can vary from 1 to 5 year . Besides, sanitary-epidemiological certificates can be granted for a single product delivery, in this case you can choose a certification workflow for a single delivery.
Steps to obtain a hygiene certificate:
1. Preparation of documents required for certification;
2. Sample preparation for laboratory tests
3. Registration of applications for sample receipt and product trials;
4. Determination of the laboratory tests;
5. Analysis of documents

7. Decision (It is given by experts according to the test results)

DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
Declaration of Conformity - is the document stating that the producer or the authorized person is in conformity with the norm-standard requirements.
Declaration of Conformity It may be registered by the accredited certification body in accordance to the DKPP / HS code assigned to this product
Accredited certification body, it records the definitions belonging to declaration of conformity and the declaration becomes valid and effective on the territory of Ukraine.
Only a person-agency resident in Ukraine may declare the compliance of products to technical regulations.
The products certified with the certificate of conformity given under the scope of the manufacturer declaration of conformity and / or of the Law are entitled to bear national conformity label.
The sale of the products (including imported products) which do not have certificate of compliance or declaration of conformity-national conformity marking are prohibited.
As required by the conformity assessment procedures based on customs, declaration of conformity and quality certificates providing the pass of the product to the territory of Ukraine must be available as stipulated by the regulation while exporting goods to Ukraine land.
FIRE SAFETY CERTIFICATE
For the products requiring tests such flame propagation, determination of fire resistance class (building materials, cables, etc.) the required tests must be conducted and the certifcate of conformity must be issued. This certificate proves the compliance of products to the Ukrainian fire norms. This document is given by the Fire Department of State Emergency Service (MNS) of Ministry of Internal Affairs (Ukraine) Fire certification centers must absolutely be accredited (authorized) by the MNS. It is also given voluntary other than the products with compulsory fire certificate.
EXEMPTION (REFUSAL) LETTER
This is a a kind of letter which is given by accredited (authorized) certificate centers and declaring that the certification for the related product is not mandatory. This letter which is also called as the exemption letter and prepared in standard format by the certificate center and approved by seal and signature. Each country has a specific refusal letter format and application in Russia Federation, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and Ukraine.
